These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RankLocal website and services (collectively, “Services”). By using RankLocal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be compromised.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use RankLocal only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Services to generate or distribute spam, misleading content, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, or content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

RankLocal offers paid subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on the cycle you select. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe, and their terms and privacy practices apply to payment transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input and the generated posts you choose to publish. RankLocal and its branding, software, and designs are owned by Verbacore Technologies LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your active subscription or trial.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from use of RankLocal. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verbacore Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
